Sorry!

You don't have Java installed on your computer. It may have been disabled on your computer. To check this on Internet Explorer go to Tools then click on Internet Options.

Next click on the tab that says Security and click on Custom Options. Scroll down until you see Microsoft VM. There you will see Java Permissions. Make sure this is set to High.

If you do not see this, or do not have Java installed, you need to download the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. That is from Microsoft and you can download here.
