Dear PAn Populh, I have translated a lot of FLT and tortuga articles in Norwegian.
Yet, I lack for moment the material support to start off though we're working on several alleys of possibilities.
Considering my total webdesign illiteracy (though aesthetic eagerness), the request is as follows :
Are there anyone of you who would provide me with some technical hints on webdesign/ eventually a minimum of support/ info on cheap webhosters.
All answers are welcome. All in Your Will.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and translation efforts. I am not sure I know all about what you are asking. The simplest ways are as follows: you could submit the materials you have translated to the Foundation for the Law of Time (FLT) and if possible they make an info page(s). If you want you can also create a group Norway here at the portal. It allows posting in Norwegian as well, it is a good tool to share info / announcements and it leaves space for comments from the members of your group. Another option - creating a group on MySpace or Facebook or something like that. That all - if sharing information is your primary focus, because this does not leave much space for design. By the way, there may be some kin in Norway, registered on Frappr map at www.frappr.com/pan. Maybe they have more insights into the ISP side. You only have to be very clear what you would like to achieve with the material, it will provide more answers than anyone else :-)
